Personal data

Creating an account requires a username and a password; an email address may be added. That address is used only to recover your access if you forget it, to send you receipts for your purchases and, if you switch them on, match reminders and matchday reports. This data serves only to run the game; it is neither sold nor passed on to third parties for commercial purposes. Processing is based on performance of the contract between us and, for optional notifications, on your consent, which you may withdraw at any time from your account.

Payment and card data

Payments are handled by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., acting as a processor. Your card details are entered with that provider: they are neither transmitted to the site nor stored by it. The site records only the product purchased, the amount, the currency, the payment status and the transaction reference, in order to grant the feature paid for and to keep its accounts.

Retention period

Your account data is kept for as long as the account exists and is deleted when it is deleted. Accounting records relating to purchases are kept in anonymised form, which no longer allows you to be identified, for the period required by tax and accounting law. Technical logs are kept only for as long as the security of the service requires.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data, as well as the right to object to its processing. Deleting your account, which you may do at any time from “My account”, gives effect to most of these rights; for any other request, write through the contact page. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL), 3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07, www.cnil.fr.

Cookies and local storage

The site uses the browser's local storage to keep you signed in and to remember your preferences — no advertising cookies or third-party trackers are used.
