Customize your club
Benchside isn't just a spreadsheet - your club can look like you. The club name is free and unrestricted; renaming your players, customizing their face, or unlocking every color and crest are premium options, purely cosmetic and with no impact on the game.
Rename your club freely, your players as an option
Your club's name can be changed at any time, for free, from the Club page. Renaming each of your players individually is part of the Player customization option (€1.99/year) - handy for replaying with your friends, your Sunday league team, or just the names you like.
Choose your club's crest
Free: the classic shield, 3 symbols and a palette of 16 colours. With the Club customization option (€0.99/year): 18 symbols, 5 outlines, field divisions, a ribbon with the founding year and any colour. Stars are earned: one per Ligue 1 title.
Dress your players
Eight kit patterns, home and away. Plain, stripes and hoops are free; the other five come with club customization, or can be unlocked with points in a fun-mode league. The shirt sponsor appears on the chest, and the captain wears the armband.
Compose each player's face
Skin tone, hairstyle, hair color and accessories: customize the appearance of your players from their profile. Part of the Player customization option (€1.99/year).
Pricing
Three premium options, purely cosmetic or convenience-related - they never change your players' strength or the game's balance.
